Sean Fitzpatrick, President.
Sean Fitzpatrick joined the construction industry over a decade ago. As a project manager, Sean's responsibilities included physical needs assessment, cost estimating and budget development, scope development, project scheduling, contract administration, and construction management. He has experience in multi family and commercial renovation projects as well as new construction. Sean has directly managed over 20 million in renovation and capital improvement projects.
As President, Sean is responsible for the general oversight of all projects and Project Managers as well as the construction process and quality control. In addition to a variety of professional achievements, Sean served four years in the U.S. Army as a field artillery paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, as well as the 25th Infantry Division. One of which was spent overseas in Iraq. He was awarded the Combat Action Badge, National Defense Service Ribbon, Global war on Terrorism Service Medal, Parachutist badge, Expert Marksmanship badge, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and a Good Conduct Medal for his service
